Metal Deactivators for lubricating oils
MD 5130 metal deactivator is an oil-soluble triazole metal deactivator with a yellow, clear liquid appearance.
MD 5139 metal deactivator is an oil-soluble benzotriazole metal deactivator with a yellow, clear liquid appearance.
They have excellent copper corrosion inhibition and oxidation resistance and can form an inert film on the metal surface or form a chelate with metal ions, which can inhibit the catalytic effect of metal ions on oil oxidation.
They can be widely used in a variety of lubricating oils, such as steam turbine oil, oil film-bearing oil, industrial gear oil, transformer oil, general machine tool oil, circulating oil, and other industrial lubricating oils. Recommended treatment rate: 0.02%~0.1%.

Package, Storage, and Transportation
The product is packed in iron drums, with a net weight of 180 kg per drum. Suitable for all modes of transport.
The maximum temperature of this product should not exceed 75 degrees during storage, loading and unloading, and oil blending, and if it is stored for a long time, the maximum temperature should not exceed 45 degrees, and the product has a shelf life of two years.
This product is non-flammable, non-explosive, non-corrosive, and does not require special protection. In case of contact with the skin, rinse thoroughly with detergent and water.
